A: Absolutely! While we address birth trauma, this workshop is beneficial for anyone looking to gain a deeper understanding of their birth story and its impact on their life.


Q: How many participants will be in the workshop?

A: We limit each workshop to 10 participants to ensure an intimate, supportive environment.


Q: What if I can't attend all four sessions?

A: We encourage attending all sessions for the full benefit, but we understand life happens. You'll have access to online materials to catch up if you miss a session.


Q: Is childcare provided?

A: We don't provide childcare, but babies in arms are welcome. We recommend arranging childcare for older children to allow you to fully engage in the workshop.


Q: What's your refund policy?

A: We offer a full refund up to 7 days before the workshop starts. After that, we can offer a credit towards a future workshop or online course.
